I work with strategy, organisational development and programme design. focusing on translating complex ideas into structured, actionable frameworks, often materialised in BUILt, real world projects. My work involves facilitating collaboration across disciplines, aligning stakeholders and driving processes from concept to implementation.

My background spans international architectural practice, independent studio work and academic leadership. I have worked for Herzog and de Meuron, co-founded A-A Collective with projects such as Warsaw Central Square, and lead educational programmes at the Royal Danish Academy of Architecture, Design and Conservation. These experiences inform my approach to leading complex, cross disciplinary processes and working between ideas, organisations and realisation.

With a foundation in architecture, I am particularly interested in how the built environment can act as a driver for broader organisational and societal change.

I am motivated by projects that create real impact, where strategy, education and development shape more sustainable ways of thinking, building and organising.
